Do I need an account for the free components?
No. All 78 free components are open to everyone: copy the source or install from the CLI with no sign-up, no email and no card. An account is only for Pro.
What does Pro add?
The 129 premium entries, including the complete site templates, with their full source and hand-written AI prompts, plus your own key for installing them with the shadcn CLI. Every new Pro drop is included as it lands.
How does the launch price work?
Subscribe before 31 Oct and Pro is $6/month instead of $9, or $59/year instead of $79, for as long as your subscription stays active. Lifetime is 10% off ($161 instead of $179). The discount is applied at checkout automatically; there is no code to enter. The founding price belongs to the plan you buy: switching between monthly and yearly later moves you to that plan's regular price.
Can I use the components in client work?
Yes. Free and Pro entries can both be used in unlimited personal and commercial projects, client work included, under an MIT-style license.
What happens to my components if I cancel?
You keep everything you've already copied or installed — that code is yours. Cancelling only stops new Pro drops and switches off your CLI key going forward.
How do I cancel or change plan?
From your account page: Manage billing opens a secure Stripe page where you can cancel, switch between monthly and yearly, change team seats, update your card and download invoices.
Do you offer refunds?
Monthly Pro can be cancelled anytime, with no partial refund for the current period. Yearly Pro and Lifetime are refundable within 14 days of purchase.
